Christmas Choir starts practicing on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 6:00 pm. Everyone is welcome, regardless of singing ability. The only thing you need is a desire to participate! We will provide childcare during rehearsals.
Wednesday night suppers will resume on Sept. 8! Come from 5:00-6:15 in the Fellowship Hall for great food and fellowship. Remember to sign up in the vestibule of the church or the foyer of the FLC. If you have any questions, please call Suzanne or Charles Snyder 570-1369 (home).
Remember: Beginning next Sunday, September 5, the 8:30 am service will begin at 8:45 am instead.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our SHINE ministry. We were able to hand out school items, toothbrushes, books and Bibles to the children of Wake Forest. They were all very excited and thankful for them. It is wonderful to see how God uses us at Stony Hill to bless children so close to home.

Women's Ministry is kicking off for the fall! All ladies are invited to join us at Sweet Sisters on Monday, September 13th at 7:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We will be playing Bunco, getting to know each other better, and of course, enjoying sweet treats! The following week, September 20th, our Ladies Bible Study will begin. We are very excited to be serving Wednesday Night suppers and encourage all of our church family to attend for fellowship and food.

In order to be good stewards of our resources, please familiarize yourself with the Wednesday Night Supper guidelines.
- The buffet line will serve from 5:00 to 6:15 pm with the dining room closing at 6:30 pm to enable all volunteers to attend Wednesday night services.
- Cost of meals is $3.00 per adult serving and $2.00 per child serving (ages 2-10 years), with a maximum of $10.00 per family. Fees will be collected at the head of the line and cash is preferred when possible.
- Reservation sign-ups will be in the church vestibule and in the entrance to the Family Life Center each Sunday morning. Please sign family name and indicate in the appropriate space the number of children and adults attending.
- Last minute reservations or cancellations must be made with the Reservation Captain, Paul Colby, at 515-4166 by noon on Monday. (Voicemail is available.) Reservations are necessary to give us an accurate count of those planning to dine, as well as prevents the over-purchasing of food. Please make every effort to honor all reservations so that we will not waste food or be unprepared to serve you effectively.
- For last minute changes after Monday, please Linda Wincovich (529-0832-h, 538-656-c) or Suzanne Snyder (570-1369-h, 417-3003-c).
- If emergency or illness occurs and you will not be able to attend, please call Family Life Center phone 556-2341 by 5:00 pm
- You may register your family for the entire month, but please update weekly on the sign-up sheet if changes occur.
