Missions Ministry...
Our outreach ministries exist to honor Christ by making Him known and leading people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord.
Missions Ministry Programs
-
Community Outreach — Every summer, our church “hits the streets” with our Outreach program. On Wednesday nights, we send out small teams to meet our neighbors, hand out informational bags, and answer questions. It is a simple way to show our community that we love God and love people.
-
Helping Hands Service Organization — In the spirit of Christian compassion and love, the Helping Hands is a ministry that serves the Lord and at the same time comforts those who are grieving. By providing a meal and fellowship, they express sympathy and concern following the death of a member of the church.
-
Baptist Men — Baptist Men (Brotherhood) is an auxiliary of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina whose mission is to share God’s love with hurting people in both word and deed. Our Brotherhood supports international missionaries monthly, and does a number of service projects in the community.
- Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) — Woman's Missionary Union is an auxiliary of the Southern Baptist Convention that seeks to educate our women on missions. Our WMU spearheads the collection of pull-tabs for the Ronald McDonald House and shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
